Dubai- The Dubai Health Authority has concluded its annual summer training program, marking a fruitful endeavor in nurturing young Emirati talent. The initiative attracted a cohort of enthusiastic Emirati students who chose the Dubai Health Authority as their destination for productive summer holidays. Noura Almidfa, Director of the Human Resources Department at the Dubai Health Authority, emphasized that the program is an integral part of the authority’s Emiratisation strategy. It provides comprehensive educational, professional, and personal skill development opportunities.
Throughout the program, students took on real-world responsibilities and participated in significant projects with guidance from experienced officials and specialized employees.
