Boehringer Ingelheim convened leading minds in healthcare at the Conrad Sheikh Zayed Hotel in Dubai on May 29 for the Stroke Media Academy—an exclusive, high-impact event dedicated to promoting stroke awareness and advancing holistic stroke care across the UAE and the region.

The Academy brought together neurologists, healthcare professionals, and media representatives for an in-depth knowledge exchange on the importance of early stroke detection, prevention, and management. With stroke remaining a leading cause of disability and the second leading cause of death globally, the event underscored the urgent need to educate the public and healthcare stakeholders alike.
