Holistic Health Middle East 2025 successfully convened thought leaders from healthcare, HR, wellbeing, and innovation to explore what health truly means—for individuals, organizations, and society. Held in Dubai on 9 October, the forum delivered a dynamic mix of high-level discussion, interactive sessions, and hands-on experiences, creating an environment where ideas and collaboration thrived.
The energy on and off stage was palpable. From the opening keynote to experiential workshops, attendees were challenged to rethink traditional healthcare paradigms and embrace a holistic approach. Yuvraj Kapadia opened the day by redefining healing as the alignment of body, mind, and emotional intelligence, setting a reflective and inspiring tone.

Sessions on whole-person wellbeing by Dr. Elie Abirached, Yanal Salam, and Sheena Pirbhai highlighted integrative models that move beyond reductionist clinical care. Matthew Lewis brought decades of high-performance science to workplaces in his session Wellbeing 2.0, while Diego Carrete, Claire Dargue, and Marina Judd explored the intersection of strategy, leadership, and wellbeing to foster resilient cultures.
The forum also addressed the physical dimension of health: Mark Buchanan, Manal A. Ahmad, and Christian Kiefer showcased movement, sport, and nutrition as tools for individual and community wellbeing. Neuroscience took center stage in Decoding Mind Algorithms, where experts including Dr. Niya Roy and Praveen Raghavan unpacked conscious wellbeing, and The Recovery Revolution reframed rest as a performance strategy with insights from Artem Avanesov and Mimi M.

Holistic Health Middle East 2025 also offered highly engaging experiential workshops led by Marisa Peer, Dr. Masa Al-Kurdi, and Dr. Millia Begum, demonstrating how psychological tools can unlock resilience and balance. Complementing the sessions, two high-trust boardrooms focused on AI in Healthcare and Smart Hospitals, featuring industry leaders such as Amanda Gravitis, Osama Elhassan, Ph.D., FIAHSI, and Veneeth Purushotaman CHCIO.
The exhibition hall was alive with ideas, and conversations flowed with sincerity and purpose. Holistic Health Middle East 2025 proved that health is more than a service—it is a culture, rooted in connection, balance, and thoughtful innovation. The forum left attendees inspired, informed, and equipped to translate holistic insights into meaningful action across their organizations and communities.
